I would like to know why Obama is not in prison he is not an American and he hates white people, he has bankrupted American and plans on ruining this country even more in the next four years. His birth certificate is a phoney and his SS number is not right, what is wrong wiht the FBI why are they not doing their jobs. Obama is a criminal who needs to be arrested and prossicuted for trampling on the Flag adn the constitution of America. He is an Indonesian Muslim bend on the destruction of America and the democrats are to stupid to see it.
As Madison said, it is the States which retain an “inviolable sovereignty” over “the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people”. It is THE STATES which have required drivers to purchase auto insurance! The federal government has no authority under The Constitution to require us to buy any kind of insurance.
What our Framers said was that the purpose of the interstate commerce clause is to authorize Congress to prevent the States from imposing tolls and tariffs on articles of import and export merchandize as they are transported through the States for purposes of buying and selling
While I agree that ObamaCare should be considered unconstitutional because it forces everybody to purchase a product, just like Wickerd-vs-Filburn should be reversed also, I also noticed the states have used coersion, intimidation, blackmail, fraud, and fear of fines or going to jail to create a privledge from a Right.
Traveling is a Right, and the States have changed this Right into a Privledge by forceing all Travelers to purchase a State sanctioned Drivers License which literally changes the status of everyday Travelers into Drivers without the people’s knowledge or consent.
The mode of travel is totally irrevelant, it does not matter if a person travels by horse and buggy, car, pick-up truck or motorcycle. Only people who use the roads for a living such as Truck Drivers, Taxicab Drivers, Bus Drivers actually are required to have a Drivers License because they use the roads in Commercial Activity, all other Travelers use the roads as a natural Right to transport themselves and their personal property and are not required to purchase a State sanctioned Drivers License because they are not classified as Drivers.This has been conveyed by many Courts through out the united states, and the State Supreme Courts have gone so far as to state in their summeries that the States Legislatures do not have the Right nor the Authority to turn a Natural Right into a Privledge. All a person needs to do is Google or Yahoo Traveling Rights-vs-Privledges to find the many Court decisions documenting this fact. It is time this issue is finally resolved and the States stop coersing people into purchasing a State sanctioned Drivers License just for the purpose of exercising their Right to Travel. This money the States receive from people purchasing a Drivers License is money the States are not legally entitled to.
