Well the Liberal Mental Disorder has now spread to the Supreme Court.. Using an OLD Liberal trick of twisting the meaning of something in order to use it in their favor. In this case twisting the Commerce limitations on Governmet to a Tax allows the Court to rule in favor of Obama Care giving Government a whole new tool to pluck the pockets and Rights of Citizens.. As long as it cost Citizens money to be paid to the government, it is LEGAL, no limit, no controls, NO CONSTITUTION…… I wonder how Roberts was paid off?
Robert’s ‘expressed’ rationale as to his vote decision is totally ludicrus (sp) as his vote could have eliminated that ‘rationale’ ALL TOGETHER as his comments seem to indicate that it’s up to US THE AMERICAN VOTERS to ACT with our VOTES on Nov. 6th. to get rid of Obama…& hence..Obamacare!! THIS WE CAN ( & WILL DO ) by establishing a majority in the Senate, elect Romney, & maintain a majority in the house…& NOT ALLOW Obama’s tactic agenda to bring in insignificant issues to divert our attention away from what we KNOW & Need TO DO TO GET HIM OUTTAAAAA THERE!!!!

Maybe I heard what you are saying but isn’t our Supreme Court the holder for the law of the land our Constitution. I did not hear one word from Justine John Roberts about our constitution. What price glory?
Scalia & Kennedy said it was unconstitutional? What the hell is Roberts thinking. We are Americans first and we must stand together to stop this isanity. Vote for Romney it will be the same but a slower train and we should have enough time to vote true constitutional political leaders who love thier country and not love themselves.

Our leaders need not be obeyed if they violate their oath to the Consitutition.
It’s in the Constitution. If they violate it we can redress and rebuke if they fail to heed we need not obey it and it automatically becomes NULL AND VOID.
It is our RIGHT vs their PERSONAL VIEWS or WILLS. That is not guaranteed by the Constitution.
Does anyone remember when Obummer took office, shortly after he took office we had a census and Obummer hired thousands of IRS workers saying we needed them for the census. That was just another lie and now we know that this outcome was inevitable and planned. We have been royally scammed.
Roberts sold us all down the river. I’m sure he was compensated by some liberal org. People seem to forget that also one justice should have recused herself because of her involvement in this tragedy. I’ve lost all respect for the supreme court. The citizens will rebel eventually and you will see a revolution like this country has never seen before.
